Lead Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive alignment and execution across multiple platform-related products, ensuring they align with a cohesive product strategy. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, effectively communicating with and influencing stakeholders across the organization, and managing expectations to deliver impactful outcomes. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the maturity of the product management practice by implementing processes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and execution of a strategic vision for the set of platform products, aligned with business goals.
• Engage with the organization’s planning cycles to ensure alignment of product objectives with a larger strategy.
• Lead and collaborate with product managers for individual products to ensure the vision is realized within each product.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
• Drive innovation in platform product development, exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Maintain the roadmap for the set of platform products, aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with product managers to transform the roadmap into delivery plans for each product stream.
• Manage interdependencies between product roadmaps.
• Communicate timeously in response to unscheduled changes.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align product development with organizational objectives.
• Lead and collaborate with diverse, distributed teams, including product development teams, support teams, and business units.
• Communicate and/or package product concepts, and deliver progress and/or insights to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish/maintain processes to ensure professionalism within the product function
• Drive customer-centricity, value orientation, and privacy by design within the product function.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of products & features.
• Advocate for rigorous value-based prioritization within the product function as well as throughout the business.
• Establish/manage measurement systems to assess delivery vs objectives.
• Evaluate the impact of products on the organization's overall performance and competitiveness.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to platform product development, market changes, and other factors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management at a Senior/Lead level.
• Experience in product strategy, ideation, discovery, and prioritization for a product/set of products.
• Strong process engineering and process flow design w/ documentation, data structure/architecture, UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface), and design best practices.
• Exposure to developing CRM applications, including setting up governance, best practices, standards, and change management processes.
• Experience with Agile Software delivery processes
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
