Job description

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to develop and optimize a portable ROBOT test framework, covering systems, routers, and end-to-end test suites. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies to ensure the quality and performance of network automation scripts, APIs, Kafka integrations, and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks that support the testing of network automation scripts, APIs, Kafka integrations, and Kubernetes deployments.
  • Carry out template testing and component testing across the NaaS environment, ensuring compliance with TMF and other relevant standards.
  • Analyze test data and logs using Elasticsearch, and monitor system performance during tests with Prometheus to ensure all components meet predefined quality and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in test automation.
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, and ROBOT and expertise in scripting languages like Python.
  • Knowledge of network operations, API testing, and performance/load testing techniques.
  • Experience with Prometheus for monitoring test executions and Elasticsearch for analyzing test outcomes and system logs.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
